You always hear these funny stories about people’s GPSs. I like the one about the woman who follows her GPS, through a road block, and ends up driving her car into a river. Here’s another GPS story.
Ambulance follows GPS 200 miles in the wrong direction
I remember when I was younger, we planned family vacations using an atlas. We literally plotted each step, and each attraction, day by day with a US road map. Now a days we just sort of go, “Hey, lets go to [place name],” and wing it. Without the need to plan the drive, the trip doesn’t get planned out either, and the vacations are a bit more disorganized. Still fun. But I’m just stating a contrast I’ve noticed.
